Catalan cuisine is part of the whole Mediterranean cuisines and is the result of our past and all those civilizations that have passed through this land who introduced the cultivation and preparation of products that are now basic in our kitchen.
The first recipe bookfound dating from 1324, with over two hundred medieval recipes.
Todaythe meal around a table is the center of our family and social relationships.

One of the attractions of our kitchen are the  reference chefs  to which the Michelin guide has assigned stars.

Our kitchen offers a great combination of seafood (fish and shellfish) and mountain (meats and cheeses).

In the fishing port of Palamos its possible to contemplate the arrival of the boats, the discharge of fish and auction and sale all days  of the week from Monday to Friday. The schedule of the summer market is 16.15h a 21.00 h.
Our garden allows us to enjoy local products of proximity, Km0. With a bening climate and fertile lands we have a variety of very tasty products that go over very few  distance from their place of production to the consumer.
